Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. It emphasizes technique over strength, teaching you how to use leverage and proper body mechanics to overcome larger opponents. Often called "human chess," BJJ develops both your physical abilities and strategic thinking.

We offer age-appropriate programs designed for different developmental stages:

- Tiny Rhinos (ages 3-4): 30-minute classes

- Little Rhinos (ages 4-6): 45-minute classes

- Youth Program (ages 7-13): 1-hour classes

All classes run 4 times per week with consistent warm-ups and age-appropriate instruction.

We offer month-to-month memberships with autopay:

- Kids (3-6): $159/month

- Youth (7-13): $179/month

- Adults (14 & up): $199/month

Initial sign-up includes a $100 fee and includes your complete uniform.

No! You can start BJJ at any fitness level. Our classes are designed to help you gradually build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Many students find that their fitness naturally improves as they train.
